WSBG 2020

My first visit in 2020 was on New Year’s day. For the rest of January and February I was busy with other birding activities. In March Covid-19 arrived in South Africa, and we went into lock-down. The Garden only re-opened again in August 2020. For the next few months my visits were all about the young Verreaux’s Eagle. After the drama of 2019 it was fantastic to have a successful breeding season again.
